About Me
I’ve spent my career helping users improve their lives
Every product or service has a unique set of users – and my job is to uncover their pain points and turn them into meaningful solutions. For the past three decades, I’ve delivered user experiences that satisfy user needs and drive business outcomes.
I started my career as a designer/editor in the newspaper industry. As everything moved digital, I did, too, obtaining a degree in Web Design and Interactive Media.
Since then, I’ve shaped user experiences across industries like retail, banking, insurance, hospitality, finance, media, energy, and nonprofit. My blend of leadership, UX design, architecture, UI development, and content strategy enables me to bridge disciplines and create user-friendly solutions.
Currently, I’m a UX Manager at Home Depot, leading a team of full-stack UX designers delivering intuitive B2B and B2C solutions, as well as enterprise software solutions for our associates.
In addition, I’m passionate about the future of AI in design and product development. As an AI Strategist and GPT Creator, I explore how generative AI can streamline workflows, and spark innovation. I’ve built a few custom GPTs, and I’m the founder of AI at Tiffany’s, a consultancy that builds custom AI assistants and chatbots to make work and life a little smarter – and a lot easier.
